How do I place my order ?
1. Head on over to and browse our site to order items.

2. Add items to the cart and when your ready checkout with Paypal, Google Checkout or with your Credit/Debit Card.You DO NOT need Paypal or Google Checkout for your order to process. If you don't have it you must however have a credit/debit card to pay for your purchase. 

3. Once your ready to order you have an option of signing up for Shop Fashion Clothing which is the best option since you will be able to receive member discounts/coupons on all of your next orders and you can earn points and so much more. If you would rather checkout as a guest then you may do so.

4. For any other payment method contact us at the contact form above.

How will my order be processed ? 
All orders are processed same business day or next business day depending on the time and day you order.

How much does shipping cost ? 
Shipping costs varies. Shipping starts from $2.99 and goes up to $4.99. If you order over 10 or over 20 items shipping will be at a USPS Priority Flat Rate cost depending on which flat rate box can fit all the items.

Can I return/cancel my order ? Once you receive your item you have 3 days to return it to us. Email us first for Returns, do not return any items without contacting us first. We will let you know what to do to ensure you receive an exchange or refund. All items must be returned unworn and in original condition you received it in.

Can I get a refund ? Yes.

What is your shipping policy ? All orders will be processed within 1-2 business day and shipped immediately(in 1-2 business days) once processed. All orders ship with USPS.

Do you ship internationally ? Yes. As long as you have a valid address we ship world-wide.

Can I pre-order an item(s) ? Yes you can. Fill out the form above and we will put you on our pre-order/waiting list so you can get the item(s) as soon as we have them available/in stock.

Can I reserve an item(s) ? Yes we can reserve an item for 3 or 7 days(week) depending on the item(s) value or if you pay half we can reserve it until you accumulate enough funds to fully purchase/order the item(s).

On very rare occasions international shipping can take up to 3 weeks. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery from Shop Fashun.

How do I track my order ?
Tracking Your Order :
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your Shop Fashion Clothing order.

Important Note : If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.

Return/Exchange/Refund Policy
What is your refund and exchange policy ?
Returns and exchanges are acceptable. You have 3 days to return items you receive for a money back or exchange. Contact us first before sending any items back. Be sure to review your order before ordering.

Can I send any item back for a refund/exchange ?
Certain items including sale items, items under $10.00 and the list goes on are non-refundable. For a full overview visit our site to read our store policies.

Can I get a refund if any item(s) is/are defective ? No. We make sure that the items are in good condition before they are shipped. Once the item is shipped, we will send you a copy of the shipment invoice and tracking number. We are not liable for the loss or damage of the item.
